1. Delivery & Shipping

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. If there is a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will contact you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping rates and Delivery Estimates (Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • Flat rate: €7 standard posting (ROI, NI only)

We use AnPost for all deliveries.

  • Free Delivery on all orders over €60 (Registered)
  • Local Delivery: If you live within the KoMaChi Local Delivery Area, we may deliver your order in person. In that case, you’ll receive a €7 (Free Delivery) discount code with your items for your next purchase.
    We’ll also email you with the estimated delivery time.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, it can be reshipped once additional shipping fees are paid covered by the consumer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at info.komachitea@gmail.com with your order number requesting a refund or exchange of the same item purchased so we can help you. We carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please include photos of both the packaging and the products so we can help you quickly.

Minor damage to outer packaging (such as dents, scratches) may occur during transit. If the product itself is undamaged this will not be considered a damaged item and not eligible for a Refund or Exchange.

Lost Packages

If you haven't received your product within 14 days after receiving shipping confirmation from us, please contact us to request a refund. 

2. Refunds and Returns

*Komachi doesn't cover postage and Packaging for returns unless product is received faulty.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a Refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info.komachitea@gmail.com including your order reference number, the name of product you would like to return and the reason you would like to request a Refund.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
